Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Our affiliates include financial companies such as FBOL Bancshares, Inc. and Osage Asset Holdings LLC

NonAffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • We do not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include non-affiliated financial institutions with which various banking and other products and services may be offered.

  • For California residents: We will not share information we collect about you with non-affiliates, except as permitted by law, including with your consent or to service your account. We will limit sharing among our affiliates to the extent required by California law.
